That is why we have developed closed-loop construction systems designed to completely avoid construction waste and transform it into valuable resources.

Our approach begins long before the first shovel hits the ground. Site selection is guided by environmental impact studies that assess soil quality, groundwater, and local biodiversity. We prioritize the rehabilitation of brownfield sites and unused urban areas in order to minimize soil disturbance and preserve natural habitats. This approach is part of our broader philosophy: “Agricultural trade begins with trust” — trust built on ecological responsibility.

Once the site has been selected, our design teams apply circular economy principles from day one. We choose materials with a high proportion of recycled content and ensure that they can be dismantled and reused at the end of the building’s life cycle. For example, modular steel structures and demountable wall panels allow us to efficiently deconstruct buildings, with up to 95% of materials being reused for future projects. In our last three facility construction projects, this strategy enabled us to reduce the use of new materials by 40% compared with conventional construction methods.

Waste recovery is another pillar of our circular system. Thanks to on-site sorting facilities and partnerships with local recycling centers, almost all waste can be recovered — from concrete and wood to metals and plastics. Concrete waste is crushed on site and then reused as aggregate for new foundations, while wood waste is processed into mulch or biofuel.
